Announcement on E-Visa for Turkey

Chinese citizens holding ordinary passports may obtain their 30-day single entry e-Visas via “www.evisa.gov.tr”, without the pre-condition of valid Schengen or OECD member’s visa/residence permits.

Chinese relevant authorities in Beijing have been accordingly informed of this matter with a diplomatic Note of the Turkish Embassy in Beijing dated February 28, 2015.

Chinese official passport holders will continue to be exempted from visa for their travels up to 30 days.

关于土耳其电子签证(E-Visa) 通知

持有中华人民共和国普通护照的中国公民即日起可于www.evisa.gov.tr网站上自行申请停留期为30天的单次入境签证，无需再以持有有效申根签证、OECD（经济合作与发展组织）成员国家签证或上述国家的居留许可为申请前提。

土耳其驻华大使馆2015年2月28日已发出外交照会知会相关中方机构该新规定。

中华人民共和国公务护照持有人仍将继续享有前往土耳其最长停留30天之免签证待遇。
